Theo Champagne is a licensed mental health counselor with the state of Florida. They currently hold their master's degree from the University of Central Florida in clinical mental health counseling. They are also working on their Ph.D. in counselor education & supervision from Walden University.

Theo's work as a counselor is grounded in narrative therapy, internal family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapy. They also love to incorporate expressive arts and layers of feminist theory into their counseling approach.

Theo's background is in the theatre arts and they love to bring that creativity to the counseling world. When not in the counseling office, Theo loves to perform and direct/music direct/choreograph for local theatres. They believe that theatre is therapeutic and has incredible potential for social change.

Through their work as a counselor and within their Ph.D. program, Theo is hoping to create better counseling practices for the transgender/nonbinary and autistic communities.
